摘　　要：胰岛素抵抗是代谢综合征的基础,脾虚血瘀是代谢综合征胰岛素抵抗的主要病机,健脾活血法是改善胰岛素抵抗的重要治法。Insulin resistance is the basement of metabolic syndrome,spleen deficiency and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance,strengthening the spleen and promoting the blood circulation are important treatment methods to improve insulin resistance.
