基于专家咨询的功能性便秘热秘证症状对中医证候重要性研究

摘　　要：目的：通过专家问卷调查得出热秘证各症状对中医证候的重要程度,以便提取证候的主症与次症,为下一步问卷及后续热秘证证候标准化研究奠定基础。方法：德尔菲专家问卷法及数理统计分析对30名专家问卷结果进行分析。结果：均数大于4,变异系数小于0.25的症状有5个,如大便干结;均数小于3,变异系数大于0.3的症状也有5个,如食欲不振;其他症状均数在3与4,变异系数0.25~0.38。结论：大便干结、排便次数减少、排便困难、排便时间延长、苔黄或黄燥认为对证候非常重要,是主症的备选项;而食欲不振、面红、身热、烦躁、少眠非构成热秘证的重要症状,将列为下轮问卷删除备选项,其他症状重要性类似于次症,将在下一轮调查中进一步明确。Objective：To grasp the important degree of heat constipation＇s symptoms to TCM syndrome by the expert questionnaire,which will help to extract the major and minor symptoms and which will lay a foundation for the next questionnaire survey and other researches of syndrome Standardization of heat constipation.Methods：30 experts were selected for questionnaire survey according to Delphi method.Results：There were 5 symptoms whose means were more than 4 and the coefficient of variation were less than 0.25,such as dry stool;while there were 5 symptoms whose means were less than 3 and the coefficient of variation were more than 0.3,such as anorexia;Other symptoms＇ means were between 3 and 4,the coefficient of variation were from 0.25 to 0.38.Conclusion：dry stool,defecation frequency decrease,defecation difficulty,defecation prolonged and yellow or yellow dry fur were thought of very important,those will be alternative items of major symptoms;While anorexia,red complexion,fever,dysphasia,insomnia were not important to the syndrome,those will be deleted items in the next questionnaire.The importance of other symptoms was similar to minor symptom＇s,which will be cleared in the next questionnaire.
