颈夹脊穴注天眩清与中医分型治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较颈夹脊穴注天眩清合并毫针辨证治疗(穴注毫针组)和中医分型治疗椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)性眩晕的疗效。方法:VBI性眩晕患者41例,以随机数字表法分为两组,其中穴注毫针组21例,在患者颈夹脊穴注天眩清合并毫针辨证治疗;中医分型治疗组20例,按中医分型以汤药治疗。疗程均为10天,疗程结束后统计疗效,并加以比较。结果:穴注毫针组疗效明显优于中医分型治疗组(P<0.01)。结论:治疗VBI,颈夹脊穴注天眩清合并毫针辨证施治疗效明显优于传统中医分型汤药治疗。Objective：To compare the efficacy of vertebrobasilar insufficiency（VBI）vertigo treatments of gastrodin injection in Neck Jiaji with differential treatments of acupuncture needle（group of acupoint injection and needling）and Chinese decoction treatments.Methods：41 cases of VBI vertigo patient＇s wera divided into 2 groups according with radom number table method.In 21 cases of acupoint injection and needing group,each patient was injected gastrodin in Neck Jiaji acupoints and treated with differential treatments of acupuncture needle;In 20 cases of Chinese medicine treatment types group,each patient was treated decoctions according to types of Chinese medicine treatment.The treatment course was 10 ads,after treatment course,count and compares the effect.Results：The effect of acupoint injection and needling group was better than that of the Chinese medicine treatment types group（P0.01）.Conclusion：In VBI treatments,the effect of gastrodin injection in Neck Jiaji with differential treatments of acupuncture needle was bettan than that of decoctions of traditional Chinese medicine treatment types.
