摘　　要：作者在长期临床工作中,以"治未病"理念为指导,始终抓住脾胃这个后天之本,把健脾养胃益肠作为搭建"治未病综合方法体系"的切入点,将"治未病"思想贯穿于慢性胃炎、溃疡性结肠炎等胃肠疾病防治的始终。收到了事半功倍的临床效果。After the long term clinic work,the author was guided by the concept of treating before disease,pay attention to the spleen and stomach which are need to care after the birth,make the idea of keeping spleen,stomach and intestines as the first step to building the system of treating before disease,also use this concept during the treating splenico-gastropathy just like chronic gastritis,ulcerative clibis and so on and finally achieve the desired clinic result with half of the effort.
