穴位注射防治反复呼吸道感染临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察穴位注射防治反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效及细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将120例反复呼吸道感染的患者随机分为两组各60例。对照组采用双肺俞穴位注射核酪注射液,治疗组在对照组基础上联合大椎、足三里穴治疗。疗程均为3个月。观察患者治疗前、后3个月呼吸道感染次数、天数以及治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果:治疗组治疗后呼吸道感染次数、天数明显减少,总有效率98.33%,与对照组38.33%比较,差异有显著意义,P<0.01;治疗组治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群与治疗前比较有显著性差异,P<0.01;与对照组治疗后比较亦有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论:双肺俞联合大椎、足三里穴位注射防治反复呼吸道感染疗效优于双肺俞。Objective：To observe the effect on point injection to prevent the repeatedly airway infection.Methods：A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group had 60 cases.The control group＇s double Huishu point were injected HeLuo injection,on the base of this treating,the Treatment group were injected the HeLou injection to the Dazui and Zusanli points as well.Both of the 2 groups＇ courses were 3 months.The T lymphocytes cells subsets were observed after treatment,At the same time,The times of the airway infection were studied before and after 3 months of the treatment.Results：The times and days of the infection on the treatment group were sharply decreased comparing to that of the control group.Comparing the 2 groups＇ efficient,there was remarkable significance difference between the 98.33% of treatment group and 38.33% of control group,P0.01.There was a sharply difference before the treatment and after the treatment on the T lymphocytes cells subsets of the treatment group too,P0.01.After the treatment,It was also had a significant difference comparing to the control group,P0.05.Conclusion：The point injection of double Huishu points integrating Dazui and Zusanli points is better than double Huishu points on preventing the aireway infection.
