摘　　要：闻诊在临床护理中占有重要地位,内经有五音、五声应五脏之理论,声音、气味与内在脏腑有密切关系,同时声音、言语、呼吸、气味变化,又能够灵活反映脏腑气血的盛衰,以及判断正气盈亏和邪气盛衰。Diagnose through auscultation and olfaction occupies important position in clinical nursing,Neijing has the five notes of traditional Chinese sounds,five responds to theory of the five internal organs.Sound,smell and inherent internal organs have a close relationship;simultaneous changes of sound,speech,breath,smell are able to reflect internal organs with evil prosperity and decline as well as judging healthy Qi profit and loss the prosperity and decline making blood angry nimbly.
