摘 要:在2个相同的SBR中分别驯化普通污泥和耐盐污泥,研究两者在0%、0.9%、1.2%、1.5%和1.8%(W/V)的盐度(NaCl)下对生活污水脱氮性能的差异。SBR运行经过厌氧、好氧、缺氧3个阶段,HRT分别为1、6和1 h。研究结果表明:在每一级盐度下,耐盐污泥的脱氮性能都好于普通污泥。随着盐度的增大,耐盐污泥中氨氮、亚硝态氮、硝态氮的去除率、硝化速率和反硝化速率都基本不变;普通污泥中氨氮、亚硝态氮的去除率逐级减小,硝态氮的去除率基本不变,硝化速率和反硝化速率都逐级减小。在1.8%的盐度下,耐盐污泥的硝化速率和反硝化速率分别是普通污泥的2倍和5倍。The difference of nitrogen removal from wastewater at salinity levels of 0%,0.9%,1.2%,1.5% and 1.8%(W/V)(NaCl)was investigated by using conventional and salt-tolerant activated sludge,respectively,which were domesticated in two same SBRs.The SBR operational process consisted of anaerobic,aerobic and anoxic phases with HRT of 1,6 and 1 h.The results showed that salt-tolerant activated sludge had a better characteristic of nitrogen removal than conventional activated sludge at each level of salinity.A stable removal rate of NH+4-N,NO-2-N and NO-3-N,as well as nitrification rate and denitrification rate were realized by using salt-tolerant activated sludge with increasing salinity,compared with a gradually decreasing removal rate of NH+4-N and NO-2-N,nitrification rate,denitrification rate except a stable removal rate of NO-3-N by using conventional activated sludge.Under the condition of the salinity of 1.8%,the nitrification and denitrification rates of salt-tolerant activated sludge were 2 and 5 times as fast as conventional activated sludge,respectively.
