摘 要:研究了用电渗析法去除草甘膦母液中影响膜通量的亚磷酸根,主要考察了pH值、工作电压、反应时间和温度等因素对亚磷酸根去除率的影响,并对电渗析预处理后母液纳滤膜分离的膜通量进行实验验证。实验表明:淡化液、浓缩液流量为30 L/h,pH值约为8.1,工作电压为20 V,反应时间为2 h左右,温度<30℃时,电渗析对母液中亚磷酸根的去除效果达到40%以上,同时对草甘膦的去除率为10%~15%。电渗析预处理能有效提高母液的纳滤膜通量,且通量衰减较慢,有利于草甘膦的纳滤分离提浓。The method of electrodialysis was investigated for the removal of phosphite which affected the permeate flux in the membrane separation process of glyphosate liquor.The effects of pH,working voltage,reacting time and temperature were mainly investigated on phosphite removal.Besides,nanofiltration permeate flux of electrodialysis pretreated glyphosate liquor was tested by the experiment.The experimental results indicated that the removal of phosphite and glyphosate in glyphosate liquor reached about 40% and 10%~15% under the condition that desalination and concentration water was 30 L/h,pH was about 8.1,working voltage was 20 V,reacting time was about 2 h and temperature was below 30 ℃.Electrodialysis pretreatment could significantly enhance the nanofiltration permeate flux and decreased the flux decine,which improved the nanofiltration separation of glyphosate liquor.
