摘  要:采用水热法合成纳米氧化铜,并对产物进行XRD和TEM分析。以纳米CuO为催化剂,高压汞灯为光源,对染料中间体间氯甲苯工业废水进行光催化降解。考察了CuO用量、pH值、反应时间等因素对COD去除率的影响,通过正交实验确定了各因素对废水COD去除率影响的顺序是:光照时间>溶液pH值>CuO用量;得出最佳降解条件:CuO用量0.03 g/L,pH=3.0,500 W高压汞灯光照4 h后COD去除率可达23.91%。UV/H2 O2/CuO废水处理体系能更有效地降低废水的COD值,结果表明,在浓度30%的H2O2用量为5‰(v/v),其他条件相同时废水COD由1 201 mg/L降为336 mg/L,去除率达到72.48%。采用太阳光/CuO/H2O2体系在CuO量为0.03 g/L,30%H2O2用量为5‰(v/v),pH=3.0,光照时间4 h的条件下,COD去除率也可达到55.97%,可用于低浓度的废水处理。对处理前后废水的GC-MS分析表明废水中多数有机污染物得到降解。CuO nanoparticles were prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by XRD and TEM.The photo-catalytic degradation of dyeintermediate m-chlorotoluene wastewater,with nanometer CuO as photo-catalyst and high-voltage mercury lamp as the light source,was studied.Main factors for the removal of COD were determined and the order of influence was as the following: radiation time solution pH value the amount of CuO.After studying the influence of factors,including the amounts of CuO,pH value and radiation time,to COD removal rate,the optimum degradation conditions were obtained.When the amount of nanometer CuO was 0.03 g/L,pH= 3.0 and radiation time was 4 h,a COD removal rate of 23.91% could be obtained.Test results indicated that a heterogeneous photo-catalyst system of UV/H2O2/CuO could even more effectively decrease COD in wastewater.When the amount of H2O2 was 5 ‰(v/v),the COD of wastewater was reduced from 1 201 mg/L to 336 mg/L,and COD removal rate of 72.48% could be obtained.Sunlight/CuO/ H2O2 photo-catalyst system was also used in this study.With CuO amount as 0.03 g/L and H2O2 as 5 ‰(v/v),pH=3.0 and a radiation time of 4 h,COD removal rate of 55.97% was obtained and could be used in the treatment of wastewater of lower concentration.By comparing GC-MS analysis results of wastewater before and after the treatment,it could be determined that most organic pollutants in the wastewater were effectively degradated.
