摘　　要：《报纸印花税》是马克思对于印花税问题最为完整的一篇论述,写于1855年3月英国下院二读通过废除印花税法案之时。本文以文章脉络为结构,论述了马克思对于知识税性质的基本认识及其对《泰晤士报》的评价,并揭示了资产阶级与土地贵族围绕知识税斗争背后的经济与政治动因。The newspaper stamp is the most comprehensive article on stamp duty by Marx. In March 1855, the House of Commons passed the Bill to abolish the newspaper stamp by the second reading. This paper reviewed Marx＇s understanding of taxes on knowledge and his comments on The Times, and exposed economic and political conflicts between the bourgeoisie and landed aristocracy caused by stamp duty.
