摘 要:华北电网日内调度系统结合日前发电计划曲线,根据日内短期和超短期负荷预测、检修计划及电网实时拓扑情况,利用长周期优化、短周期优化完成日内发电计划及实时调度。该系统引入当前发电计划概念,将日前发电计划结果、长周期优化结果、短周期优化结果以覆盖的形式存入当前发电计划。当前发电计划将三者的优化结果关联起来,确保最终发电计划继承了短周期优化边界条件确定的优点,同时又弥补了其全局优化效果差的不足。该系统实现了电厂发起信息,调度审核通过后自动送入优化引擎,引擎优化后通过自动发电控制直接下发给电厂执行的自动闭环控制,减轻了调度人员的调频工作量,提高了事故情况下的处理效率。According to the intraday short-term load forecast, ultrashort-term load forecast, maintenance information and the grid's topology information while referring to the day-ahead generation plan curve and making use of the long period and short period optimization results, the intraday dispatch system fulfils the intraday generation plan and real-time dispatch. The current operating plan (COP) concept is introduced to store the day-ahead plan, long period plan and short period plan in the current generation plan in the form of cover. It is ensured by the COP that the ultimate operating plan has inherited the advantages established by the short period optimization boundary condition while making up for its poor global optimization effects by correlating the optimization results of the three. The system has realized automatic closed-loop control of having the information released by the power plant automatically sent to the optimizing engine after getting checked and approved by the dispatcher and directly dispatched to the power plant for execution. Hence reduced dispatcher workload and increased accident handling efficiency.
