摘　　要：以低能耗、低污染、低排放为特征的低碳经济发展模式是实现经济社会可持续发展的必由之路。发达国家在发展低碳经济方面积累了丰富的经验,我国应借鉴这些国家的经验,从健全法律保障体系、加强低碳技术研发、创新低碳财税政策、完善碳排放交易市场等方面入手,加快低碳经济发展。Low - carbon economy model has many characteristics, such as low power consumption, low pollution and low emission. It is the only way for economy and society to develop sustainably. Developed countries have accumulated rich experience in low - carbon economy. Our country should learn from experiences of these countries, improve legal protection system, strengthen low - carbon R＆D, and innovate financial and tax policy so as to support the development of low - carbon economy.
