摘　　要：发展低碳经济,走低碳产业道路已是社会发展的大势所趋。在对徐州经济技术开发区现有产业结构进行深入分析的基础上,依据低碳社会发展需要,针对具有一定产业优势的机械装备制造业及新能源产业,提出开发区应通过产业链延伸及补链构建产业集群,以实现产业结构优化,并大力发展与工业相匹配的现代服务业,实现区域经济和谐发展。As an irresistible trend of social development, the low carbon developing mode of economy and industry is increasingly popular. With a detailed analysis on industrial structure of Xuzhou Economic Development Zone, a development strategy was proposed in the need of low carbon society. In order to optimize industrial structure and develop the modern service industries of harmonious regional economy, the strategy of industrial clusters construction by extending and complementing the industry chains was proposed for the machinery manufacturing industry and new energy industry, which are dominant industries of Xuzhou Economic Development Zone.
