摘　　要：高校服务农村是我国促进城乡一体化发展的有效途径。对高校服务农村的"浙大-湖州模式"进行全面剖析,总结浙江大学服务农村的基本经验,并从提升责任意识、理顺工作思路、加强组织领导、完善平台建设、健全激励机制等方面提出高校服务农村的基本思路与对策,为高校与政府相关部门服务农村工作提供决策参考。Colleges serving rural areas is an effective way to promote urban - rural integration development. By analyzing the Zhejiang University - Huzhou mode of colleges serving rural areas, the paper summarizes the basic experience of Zhe- jiang University serving rural areas. On this basis, it proposes the basic ideas about how to serve rural areas from the angels of establishing responsibility sense, streamlining task opinion, strengthening organization leadership, and improving platform construction and incentive mechanism. The paper can provide references for local governments and related departments.
