摘　　要：新西兰政府在2003年、2006年启动了两次绩效科研基金评估项目,对其国内高校的科研以及教育产生了积极的促进效果。将新西兰政府2003年和2006年绩效科研基金评估的情况及其所带来的影响进行了总结分析,并揭示该评估对我国高校科研评估的启示。In 2003 and 2006, two evaluation programs of Performance - Based Research Fund, PBRF, were launched by the New Zealand government. The PBRF has imposed some positive effects on the university research and education. In this article, we will assess the impact made by the 2003 and 2006 PBRF, and then reveal the enlightenment of PBRF for the scientific research at China＇ s universities.
