摘　　要：介绍了IEC60870-5-103通信规约的网络模型和传输帧格式,以及基于DSP+ARM的新型微机测控保护装置的设计方法,重点论述了103规约在微机保护装置的通信流程和各种功能的实现过程。The paper introduces the network model and transmission frame format of IEC60870-5-103 communication protocol, as well as the design of the new microcomputer based protection device, which is based on DSP and ARM. It discusses the implement of the 103 communication protocol in computer-control protection equipment.
