摘 要:以粉末丁苯橡胶(SBR)作增韧剂,考察了均聚聚丙烯(PP-H)/SBR共混体系的力学性能。采用扫描电子显微镜和差示扫描量热仪研究了不同相容剂对PP-H/SBR共混体系的相形态、力学性能和结晶行为的影响。结果表明,SBR是PP-H有效的增韧剂,SBR1712对PP-H的增韧效果好于SBR1500,但SBR会导致共混体系的拉伸强度明显下降;相容剂对PP-H/SBR共混体系有明显的增容效果,含有相容剂的PP-H/SBR共混体系冲击强度超过基体PP-H树脂5倍以上,且综合性能明显改善;通过透射电子显微镜观察发现,含有相容剂的PP-H/SBR共混体系中的橡胶相SBR在PP-H中的团聚体少、颗粒粒径小、分散均匀;SBR在提高PP-H/SBR共混体系的冲击强度同时,降低了体系的拉伸强度、刚性、热变形温度。Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) powder was introduced into polypropylene (PP-H) as a toughener. Mechanical properties of PP-H/SBR were studied, and the influence of a compatilizer on mechanical properties of the blend was investigated. It was found that the impact strength of PP-H/SBR/compatibilizer system was 5 times than that of neat PP-H. However, the tensile strength, stiffness, and heat distortion temperature were decreased. The compatibilizer made SBR become finer and disperse uniformly in PP-H matrix, which was considered a reason for the effective toughening.
