摘 要:采用高温密闭微波消解技术对包装材料进行快速消解,建立了微波消解-ICP-MS法同时测定包装材料中As、Ba、Cd、Cr、Pb、Sb、Se、Hg 8种可溶性元素的方法。对消解剂种类及其用量、方法的干扰进行了考察。在优化的工作条件下,方法的检出限为0.03~0.21μg/L,RSD小于7%,加标回收率为89.3%~120.0%。The packaging materials were digested quickly by using high pressure and closed microwave digestion technology.A method for the determination of As、Ba、Cd、Cr、Pb、Sb、Se and Hg in packaging materials by ICP-MS was established.The pretreatment conditions of samples such as the effects of digestion media and the interference of the method were investigated.Under optimum conditions,the detection limits of the method for all sample elements are in the range of 0.03~0.21 μg/L,the relative standard deviations(RSD%) are less than 7% and the recoveries are in the range of 89.3%~120.0%.The results prove that this method is simple,accurate,reliable and applicable in the analysis of real samples.
