摘　　要：建立了含氯橡胶制品中2-巯基咪唑啉的气相色谱分析方法。试样采用索氏提取,提取液经旋转蒸发浓缩、定容后,用Rtx-1701气相色谱毛细管柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID检测器)检测,外标法定量。2-巯基咪唑啉的平均回收率(n=7)为95.1%～100.6%,相对标准偏差(n=7)为4.4%～6.6%,检出限为1.0 mg/kg。在0.5～40μg/mL质量浓度范围内,质量浓度与峰面积比呈良好线性,r为0.9992。An analytical method based on gas chromatography（GC） has been established for the determination of 2-mercaptoimidazoline in rubber products containing chlorine.The sample was extracted by a Soxhlet extractor.After condensing,the obtained extract was separated on a capillary column Rtx-1701（30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25μm） and detected by FID.The average recoveries（n=7） of 2-mercaptoimidazoline was from 95.1% to 100.6% with the relative standard deviations（RSDs） between 4.4% and 6.6%.The limits of detection（LOD） was 1.0 mg/kg.The calibration curve showed a good linearity over 2-mercaptoimidazoline concentration in the range of 0.5~40 μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9992.
