摘 要:建立了测定氯霉素含量的负吸收光谱法。在弱碱性条件下,氯酚红与氯霉素反应生成具有明显负吸收峰的紫色离子缔合物。最大负吸收波长位于550 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数(ε)为1.01×104L.mol-1.cm-1,氯霉素的质量浓度在0.32~6.5 mg/L范围内服从比尔定律。探讨了适宜的反应条件、方法的精密度及可靠性。用于市售氯霉素药物中氯霉素的测定,回收率为98.8%~101.9%。A new negative absorption spectral method was developed for determination of chloramphenicol.In alkalescence condition,chlorophenol red(CHR) reacted with chloramphenicol(CHP) to form purple ion complexes with an obvious negative absorption peak.The maximum negative absorption wavelength was 550 nm,and apparent molar absorptivity(ε) was 1.01×104 L·mol-1·cm-1,and Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.32~6.5 mg/L for chloramphenicol.The optimum reaction conditions and the methodological precision and reliability were studied.The method has been applied to the determination of chloramphenicol in the city sell chloramphenicol medicament with recoveries of 98.8%~101.9%.
