摘　　要：近年来,印度积极探索并逐渐形成了适合自身经济发展的对外贸易发展模式。即对外贸易发展过程中更加强调适度开放、依靠服务业和技术密集型产业驱动,以及把握集约型均衡发展等。为我国加快转变外贸发展方式提供了诸多启示。In recent years, India has formed its own model of foreign trade development （MOFTD）, which is much different from the ＂East-Asia model ＂. In the process of foreign trade development, India emphasized on upholding the appropriate open policy, relying on trade-driven by service and technology-intensive industries, grasping the direction of intensive and balanced development. India＇s unique MOFTD could provide some precious enlightenments for China＇s accelerating in transformation of foreign trade development in the future.
