摘　　要：建立"一药一码"的医保新编码药品库,将成为医保管理机构对医疗机构和涉药企业实施药品信息化监管的重要工具。同时也为定点医院促进临床合理用药提供了有效途径,不仅可以规范医疗行为,而且维护了患者的利益、确保了医保基金的合理使用,是实现医、保、患三方和谐共赢的重要举措。Establishing database for medical insurance drugs with new code will be an important instrument,by which administrant organization of medical insurance supervises informationizedly health care institutions and corporations related with drugs.It is able to play an significant role in constructing harmonious hospital-insurance- patients relationships due to promoting rational use of drugs,reducing irrational use of health insurance fund and maitenance of patient＇s benefit.
