摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮蛋白质水平对冬毛期水貂血清含氮物质、氮代谢和抗氧化能力的影响。选择90日龄健康雄性水貂60只,随机分成6组(每组10个重复,每个重复1只水貂),分别饲喂蛋白质水平为28%(Ⅰ组)、30%(Ⅱ组)、32%(Ⅲ组)、34%(Ⅳ组)、36%(Ⅴ组)、38%(Ⅵ组)的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正式期90 d,饲养试验结束后进行屠宰,制备血清并测定相关生化指标。结果表明,Ⅲ组水貂的血清总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量显著或极显著高于其他各试验组(P<0.05或P<0.01),其他各试验组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);Ⅳ组水貂血清总氨基酸含量极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(P<0.01);Ⅲ组水貂的血清尿素氮含量显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组(P<0.05);Ⅴ组水貂的血清谷草转氨酶活性显著高于Ⅱ和Ⅵ组(P<0.05),与其他试验组差异均不显著(P>0.05);Ⅳ组水貂的血清谷丙转氨酶活性显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05);各试验组水貂的血清丙二醛含量差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组水貂的血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著或极显著高于Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(P<0.05或P<0.01);血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性以Ⅳ组最高,显著高于Ⅵ组(P<0.05),但与其他试验组差异均不显著(P>0.05)。由此得出,冬毛期水貂饲粮蛋白质水平达到34%时,机体的蛋白质合成效率相对较高,抗氧化能力相对较强。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary protein levels on serum nitrogen heterocyclic compounds,nitrogen metabolism and antioxidant capacity of minks during the winter hair period.Sixty healthy 90-day-old male minks were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 mink per replicate.The minks were fed the experimental diets with 28%(group Ⅰ),30%(group Ⅱ),32%(group Ⅲ),34%(group Ⅳ),36%(group Ⅴ) and 38%(group Ⅵ) protein levels,respectively.The trial lasted for 97 d with 7 d of pretrial,and then the minks were slaughtered.The serum was centrifuged and the relative biochemical indices were determined.The results showed as follows: the contents of serum total protein,albumin and globulin in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those in other groups(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),and no significant difference was found among other groups(P〈0.05);serum total amino acid content in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P〈0.01);serum urea nitrogen content in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅱ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ(P〈0.05);serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase activity in group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅱ and Ⅵ(P〈0.05),but no significant difference was found between group Ⅴ and other groups(P〈0.05);serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase activity in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅲ(P〈0.05);serum malondialdehyde content had no significant difference among all groups(P〈0.05);serum superoxide dismutase activity in groups Ⅳ,Ⅴ,and Ⅵ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);the highest serum glutathione peroxidase activity was found in group Ⅳ which was significantly higher than that in group Ⅵ(P〈0.05),but no significant difference was found between group Ⅳ and other groups(P〈0.05).In conclusion,when the dietary protein level come up to 34%,the mink
