摘  要:本试验旨在探讨饲粮中添加壳聚糖对早期断奶仔猪生长、腹泻和免疫力的影响。试验选择50头21日龄、平均体重(6.62±0.59)kg的断奶仔猪,随机分为5组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头猪。预试期采用大肠杆菌攻毒(1×109个细胞/头),对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加50 mg/kg金霉素和200、300、400 mg/kg壳聚糖。试验期21 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,各试验组平均日采食量提高(P>0.05),料重比和腹泻率降低,平均日增重分别提高了15.8%、9.2%、16.8%和21.1%(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,各壳聚糖组血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平以及回肠黏膜白介素1β(IL-1β)、白介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)mRNA相对表达量均升高,金霉素组均下降,其中300和400 mg/kg壳聚糖组的血清IgG和IgM水平与金霉素组差异显著(P<0.05),400 mg/kg壳聚糖组血清IgG水平还与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),壳聚糖组IL-1β和TNF-αmRNA相对表达量与金霉素组差异显著(P<0.05),300和400 mg/kg壳聚糖组IL-6 mRNA表达量与金霉素组差异显著(P<0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加壳聚糖能促进仔猪生长,降低腹泻率,提高非特异性免疫力,且作用效果随饲粮中壳聚糖浓度的增加有增强的趋势。The experiment was conducted to study effects of chitosan on growth performance and immunity in weanling piglets.Fifty piglets with an average body weight of(6.62±0.59) kg were challenged with enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli(1×109 cell per head) during adaptation period and randomly assigned to 5 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 piglet in each replicate.The piglets in control group were fed basal diet,and the others in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 50 mg/kg chlortetracycline,200,300 or 400 mg/kg chitosan,respectively.The experiment lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:1) compared with the control group,in every experimental group,average daily feed intake was improved(P〈0.05),the ratio of feed to gain and diarrhea ratio were decreased,and the average daily gain was increased by 15.8%,9.2%,16.8% and 21.1%(P〉0.05),respectively.2) Compared with the control group,the serum immunoglobulin G(IgG) and immunoglobulin M(IgM) levels,relative expression levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) mRNA in ileum mucosa were improved in the chitosan groups,but decreased in the chlortetracycline group.The IgG and IgM levels in the 300 and 400 mg/kg chitosan groups were significant higher than those in the chlortetracycline group(P〈0.05),and the IgG level in the 400 mg/kg chitosan group was significant higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The relative expression level of IL-1β and TNF-α mRNA in the three chitosan groups was significant higher than those in the chlortetracycline group(P〈0.05),and the relative expression levels of IL-6 mRNA in the 300 and 400 mg/kg chitosan groups were significant higher than that in the chlortetracycline group(P〈0.05).These results indicate that supplemented with 200,300 and 400 mg/kg chitosan in diets can improve growth performance,decrease diarrhea ratio and enhance non-specific immunity of weanling piglets,furthe
