摘 要:本试验旨在研究自然霉变玉米对仔猪生长性能、肠道形态和肠道微生物数量及其代谢产物的影响。15头35日龄的PIC仔猪按体重相近的原则随机分为3个处理,分别为对照组(饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮)、霉变玉米组(饲喂由自然霉变玉米100%替代基础饲粮中正常玉米的饲粮)和采食量配对组(饲喂基础饲粮,采食量与霉变玉米组相同),每个处理5个重复,每个重复1头仔猪。试验期21 d。结果发现,在试验前2周,霉变玉米组仔猪的平均日增重和平均日采食量与对照组相比有降低的趋势(P>0.05),而全期平均日增重显著高于采食量配对组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于采食量配对组(P<0.05)。霉变玉米组仔猪空肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值显著低于对照组和采食量配对组(P<0.05),隐窝深度显著高于采食量配对组(P<0.05)。霉变玉米组仔猪第2周末直肠中乙酸和总挥发性脂肪酸含量显著低于采食量配对组(P<0.05)。霉变玉米组仔猪第3周末盲肠中大肠杆菌数、乳酸杆菌数和丙酸含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),氨含量有提高的趋势(P>0.05)。结果表明,自然霉变玉米可损伤仔猪空肠形态结构,提高仔猪盲肠中大肠杆菌数和乳酸杆菌数,改变仔猪肠道微生物区系,进而影响仔猪健康。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of maize contaminated with naturally-occuring mycotoxins on growth performance,intestinal morphology,intestinal microbial populations and their metabolic products in piglets.Fifteen PIC piglets(35 days of age) were randomly allocated to 3 dietary treatments with 5 replicates per treatment and 1 piglet per replicate.Piglets in group 1 were fed a basal diet(normal maize,control group);piglets in group 2 were fed the diet with contaminated maize(normal maize in the group 1 was 100% replaced by mycotoxin-contaminated maize,contaminated maize group);group 3 was a pair-fed group.For the pair-fed group,the basal diet was pair-fed to piglets at the level of feed intake of piglets fed the contaminated maize diet.The trial lasted for 21 d.The results showed that contaminated maize trended to decrease the arerage daily gain(ADG) and arerage daily feed intake(ADFI) compared with the control group during the first two weeks(P〉0.05),whereas during the whole trial period,ADG in the contaminated maize group was significantly higher and feed/gain ratio(F/G) was significantly lower than those in the pair-fed group(P〈0.05).The ratio of villus height to crypt depth of jejunum in the contaminated maize group was significantly lower than that in the control and pair-fed group(P〈0.05),and the crypt depth was significantly higher than that in the pair-fed group(P〈0.05).Compared with the pair-fed group,the levels of acetic acid and total volatile fatty acids in rectum contents in the contaminated maize group were decreased significantly on the second weekend(P〈0.05).On the third weekend,the number of Escherichia coli and Lactobacillus and the level of propionic acid in cecum contents in the contaminated maize group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05),and the concentration of ammonia trended to be increased(P〉0.05).In conclusion,maize naturally contaminated with mycotoxins can damage mucosal mo
