摘　　要：环境对技术扩散有重要影响,后发国家在全球分工体系中所发挥的比较优势,是推动工业化的重要因素。产业技术本土化和国际化,是当今技术扩散的主要内容。结合国家创新理论强调的本地优势和全球产业链的国际优势,分析我国TFT-LCD产业技术的发展,最后提出相关政策建议。Environment has great impact on technology diffusion, and the comparative advantage of late-developed countries in global labor division system is an important factor promoting the process of industrialization. Industrial technology localization and inter- nalization are the main contents of present technology diffusion. Combined with local advantage emphasized in national innovation and international advantage shown in global industry chain, analysis is made on development of TFT-LCD industrial technology in China, and related policy suggestions are proposed finally in this paper.
