浅谈工业工程专业教学改革与培养模式研究

摘　　要：世界政治多极化和经济全球化的形势,各国之间的对话和不同文化的交流,要求高等教育具有国际视野。本文以某校工业工程专业发展现状为研究背景,围绕工业工程联合培养教学模式的对接、联合培养实验建设的对接、联合培养师资水平的提高、培养学生的对接和学历学位的对接五个内容进行具体研究,加快国际化接轨进程,加速工业工程专业的发展。The world of political multi-polarization and economic globalization,national dialogue and the exchange of different cultures require higher education with an international perspective.In this paper,the development of industrial engineering as the background for the study,five contents is studied,the joint of training of teaching on industrial engineering,the joint of experiments construction,the raising of the teacher level,the joint of cultivated students,the joint of academic and degree.The study speeds up the process of international integration,accelerates the development of industrial engineering.
