摘　　要：通过水泥助磨剂的两次大磨试验和两次小磨试验,分析了水泥助磨剂使用过程中出现急凝现象的原因,并提出针对性的措施,使水泥粉磨效果和水泥性能得到较大改善,但是对未处理酸性磷石膏掺量的最佳控制范围,还有待于进一步研究。By two industrial mill tests and two testing mill test for the efficiency of grinding aids,the reason of flash setting that occurred in the course of using grinding aids were studied,and the pertinence measures were presented.The cement grinding effects and cement properties were improved significantly.On the other hand,the best range of the dosage of untreated sour phosphogypsum should be researched further.
