摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮蛋白质水平对育成期蓝狐生长性能及营养物质消化代谢的影响。试验选取健康、平均体重为(2.31±0.31)kg的雄性蓝狐90只,随机分为6个处理,每个处理15个重复,每个重复1只,分别饲喂蛋白质水平为24%(Ⅰ组)、26%(Ⅱ组)、28%(Ⅲ组)、30%(Ⅳ组)、32%(Ⅴ组)、34%(Ⅵ组)的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:在第45天时,Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组的平均体重显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);在第60天时,Ⅴ组的平均体重极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01)。在第31~45天时,Ⅴ组的平均日增重极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01);在第46~60天时,Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组的平均日增重显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。Ⅴ和Ⅵ组的干物质消化率极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组(P<0.01);Ⅴ组的脂肪消化率显著或极显著高于其他各组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而蛋白质消化率各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。Ⅴ和Ⅵ组的食入氮和尿氮极显著高于其他各组(P<0.01),而粪氮、氮排出量、净蛋白质利用率和蛋白质生物学价值这几项指标各组间均差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此得出,饲粮蛋白质水平达到32%时,育成期蓝狐平均日增重、营养物质消化利用率较为理想。This experiment was conducted to study the effect of dietary protein levels on growth performance,nutrient digestion and metabolism of growing blue foxes(Alopex lagopus).Ninety health male blue foxes with average body weight of(2.31±0.31) kg were randomly assigned into 6 treatments with 15 replicates per treatment and 1 fox per replicate.The blue foxes were fed experimental diets with protein levels of 24%(group Ⅰ),26%(group Ⅱ),28%(group Ⅲ),30%(group Ⅳ),32%(groupⅤ) and 34%(group Ⅵ),respectively.The experiment was 67 days(7 days for adaptation and 60 days for trial period).The results showed as follows: on the 45th day,the average body weight in groups Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ was significantly higher than that in other groups(P0.05);on the 60th day,the average body weight in group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in other groups(P0.01).On the 31st to 45th day,the average daily gain weight in group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in other groups(P0.01);on the 46th to 60th day,the average daily gain weight in groups Ⅳ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ was significantly higher than that in groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ(P0.05).Compared with the groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ,the DM digestibility in groups Ⅴ and Ⅵ was significantly increased(P0.01).The fat digestibility in group Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in other groups(P0.05 or P0.01),while the protein digestibility was not significantly difference among all groups(P0.05).The nitrogen intake and urine nitrogen in groups Ⅴ and Ⅵ were significantly higher than those in other groups(P0.01),while the fecal nitrogen,nitrogen output,net protein utilization and biological value of protein were not significantly difference among all groups(P0.05).In conclusion,the appropriate dietary protein level for growing blue foxes is 32%,combined with parameters such as the average daily gain feed and nutrient digestibility.
