摘　　要：本文在分析某烟草物流企业存在的信息资源共享不足、信息流动不顺畅、信息系统间存在孤岛现状的基础上,阐述了CPC的含义,并运用一个模型说明企业信息系统耦合后会演化出新的态。接着,基于CPC构建了烟草物流企业协同信息平台。其基于角色的访问控制模型有效地控制着系统的权限分配。该平台有利于实现信息资源共享,促进烟草供应链各成员间产生协同效应。On the basis of the analysis of a tobacco logistics enterprise＇s current situation that existing inadequate information resource sharing, unsmooth information flow and the solitary islands among information systems, the article elaborates the implication of CPG and uses a model to illustrate the new state that will evolve after the enterprise information systems coupling. And then it establishes a collaborative infortnation platform for the tobacco logistics enterprise, based on CPC. It controls the systems permission assignments efficiently, based on RBAC model. The platform is conducive to information resource sharing and the synergy effect that occur among the members of the tobacco supply chain.
