摘　　要：基于2010年黑龙江省五常市建设局投资建设的某框架住宅,按照黑龙江省建筑工程预算定额,给出了该框架住宅及同建筑面积的承重混凝土空心砌块结构体系住宅的工程造价。进行了工程造价、施工工期及使用面积等经济性的对比,结果显示承重混凝土空心砌块砖混结构造价较低,经济效益更好。Based on the frame house which was invested by Wu-chang construction bureau of the Heilongjiang province in 2010, according to the construction engineering budget norm in Heilongjiang province, engineering cost is given for the frame house and house made of bearing concrete hollow brick structure system with the same area. Economy contrast on the engineering cost, construction period and using area is performed, the results show the engineering cost for bearing concrete hollow brick structure system is lower and the economic benefit is better.
