摘　　要：案例教学在培养学生创新思维方式、提高处理问题的能力、锻炼沟通能力和增强学习的积极性与主动性等方面具有优势。本文以北京化工大学北方学院为例,分析了案例教学在三本学生商科类教学中开展的可能性与必要性、目前案例教学的现状、存在的问题及解决对策。Case teaching has an advantage in training students creative thinking, improving the ability to deal with problems, exercising communication skills and enhancing the learning enthusiasm and initiative.This paper taking North College of Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an example, analyses the possibility and necessity of case teaching in business specialty in independent academy, the existing problems and countermeasures.
