术前访视中心理干预对行经阴道B超取卵术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察利用术前访视对行经阴道B超取卵术患者进行心理干预的效果。方法:将300例不孕症行经阴道B超取卵术的患者随机分为术前访视组与对照组各150例,并进行比较观察,对照组术前在病区进行常规健康教育,干预组由管床护士利用术前访视对取卵患者进行心理状况调查分析,并实施心理干预。结果:干预组焦虑、恐惧均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:不孕症人群心理状况的整体水平较正常人低,不良情绪以抑郁、焦虑等为主。利用术前访视对取卵患者进行心理干预,可以减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,使患者在良好心理的状态下接受手术,增加手术的安全性,减少术后并发症。Objective： To observe the effect of psychological intervention to the patients undergoing vagina menses type-B bltrasonic oocyte retrieval in preoperative visiting. Methods： To divide 300 patients undergoing vagina menses type-B bltrasonic oocyte retrieval into two groups： preoperative visit group （150 patients） and control group （150 patients）, and conduct comparison and observation; to conduct conventional health education for the control group, investigate and analyze the psychological status of preoperative visit group and conduct psychological intervention. Results： The anxiety and fear mood of preoperative visit group is significantly lower than the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The overall level of psychological status of infertility population is lower than normal people, and their bad mood mainly is depression and anxiety. Using preoperative visit to conduct psychological intervention to patients can reduce their anxiety and depression, so that make the patients in good mental state for surgery, and can increase the safety of surgery and reduce postoperative complications.
