摘  要:目的研究肾脏血流对兔肾射频消融(RFA)范围的影响。方法 16只新西兰大白兔随机均分为实验组(阻断肾动脉)和对照组(不阻断肾动脉)。两组均采用腹部正中切口暴露两侧肾脏,于肾脏中极插入射频针;RFA后处死动物,取肾脏行病理组织学检查并测量RFA范围进行对比。结果实验组RFA范围呈近似球体形状;对照组RFA范围呈尖端指向肾蒂近似圆锥体形状。实验组RFA深度、纵截面、横截面最大径分别为(1.39±0.07)cm、(1.39±0.08)cm、(1.39±0.07)cm,明显大于对照组的(1.26±0.05)cm、(1.01±0.07)cm、(1.01±0.06)cm(P<0.05)。两组病理组织学改变未见明显差异。结论 RFA能够对兔肾造成有效的凝固性坏死,肾脏血流对于肾脏RFA范围有明显影响。Objective To study the effect of renal blood flow on the range of kidney radiofrequency ablation(RFA) in rabbits.Methods Sixteen New Zealand white rabbits were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The renal artery was ligated in group A,which was not in group B.Two kidneys of rabbit were exposed surgically and 1-cm cool-tip RFA probe was inserted at an identical location and depth(1.0 cm).After RFA,all rabbits were sacrificed.The size and shape of the range of RFA were measured and examined histologically.Results The range of RFA in group A shaped as spherical contour,which in group B was cone shape of tip direction to renal vascular pedicle.The largest diameters of depth,longitudinal area and transversal area were(1.39±0.07) cm,(1.39±0.08) cm and(1.39±0.07) cm,which were greater than(1.26±0.05) cm,(1.01±0.07) cm and(1.01±0.06) cm in group B,respectively(P〈0.05).Conclusion RFA produces effective coagulated necrosis of rabbit kidney.The renal blood flow has remarkable effect on the range of RFA in the kidney.
