摘　　要：目的采用Tei指数综合评价透析治疗对尿毒症患者左心功能的影响。方法选取符合慢性肾功能不全尿毒症期诊断标准的住院患者40例,随机分为透析组(治疗组)和非透析组(对照组),采用经胸超声心动图检查。结果与对照组相比,治疗组治疗后,血压明显降低,室间隔厚度及左心房室内径明显减少,左室短轴缩短率(FS)、左室射血分数(LVEF)二尖瓣A峰和E峰流速比值(A/E)、Tei指数等指标均有显著改善。结论长期规律的透析治疗能明显改善尿毒症患者的左心功能;Tei指数能用于心功能的评价。Objective To evaluate the effect of hemodialysis on left ventricular function of uremic patients by Tei index.Methods Forty patients with uremia were randomly divided into two groups of A（25 cases,treated with hemodialysis） and B（15 cases,treated without hemodialysis）.Tei index of the left ventricles was obtained with echocardiography.Results Compared to group B,the decreases of blood pressure,thichness of interventricular septum and inner diameter of the left atrial and left ventricular were more in group A after treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.So did the improvements of FS,LVEF,A/E and Tei index in group A after hemodialysis.Conclusion Long period and regular hemodialysis can effectively improve the left ventricular function of patients thith uremia.Tei index is valuable in evaluating left ventricular function.
