民航维修领域氟离子检测标准的对比分析

摘  要:对国内的三种氟离子检测标准,即:比色法、分光度法和离子选择电极法的相关检测对象、检测限、干扰、原理、蒸馏相应条件、精度及共存离子影响等方面进行了分类对比分析。认为离子选择电极法的应用范围较宽,测定结果精度高;比色法较繁琐,比色线性范围窄;分光度法操作较为复杂,检测限较窄。其次对比分析了国内离子选择电极法标准与美国ASTM的离子选择电极法标准相关的适用范围、试剂纯度、检测范围、检测限、干扰、pH校准、质量控制和测量结果的误差处理等方面的内容。分析结果认为:ASTM标准对所用的试剂以及质量控制等方面的规定较全面和严格,但是操作繁琐,分析时间较长;国内的离子选择电极法标准对于试验结果测定的规定适应性好,操作简单。Firstly,the scope and range,interference,the principle of detection,condition of distillation,precision and the influence of coexistence ion were compared and analyzed among colorimetric procedures,spectrophotometric,ion selective electrode method.The result showed that ion selective electrode method was widely used and more exactly.Visual colorimetry was inconvenient,and the colorimetric line was narrow. The operation of spectrophotometric was complicated,and the range of determination was narrow.Then the range,purity of reagent,interference, calibration of pH,quality control,precision and bias were compared and analyzed between domestic standard of ion selective electrode method and ASTM standard.The result showed that the ASTM standard was more comprehensive and strict.But its operation was very complicate. However the domestic standard was more reasonable for China on result determination,and its operation was easy and has good adaptability.
