摘 要:目的研究不同浓度的氯化两面针碱对斑马鱼胚胎中的SOD活性及MDA含量的影响。方法用正常发育后6 h(6 hpf)的胚胎进行不同浓度(0.5、1、2和3 mg/L)的氯化两面针碱药物处理72 h。药物处理完毕后,测定胚胎72 h的SOD活力及MDA含量。结果 SOD在0.5 mg/L组中活力明显高于对照组(P<0.01);随着药物浓度的增加,SOD活力与对照组相比,明显下降(P<0.01)。MDA含量在1、2和3 mg/L实验组中,随着药物浓度的增加而显著增加;0.5 mg/L组中,MDA含量与对照组接近。结论不同浓度的氯化两方针碱对斑马鱼机体中的SOD活力及MDA含量产生不同的影响,从而对胚胎产生保护或损伤作用。Objective To study the effect of nitidine chloride with different concentrations on SOD activity and MDA content of zebrafish embryo.Methods Zebrafish embryos of 6h post-fertilization were treated with nitidine chloride at various concentrations(0.5,1,2,3 mg/L)to 72 h.And the SOD activity and MDA content were measured.Results The SOD activity of 0.5 mg/L was increased significantly compared to control group.The SOD activities of 1,2,3 mg/L were decreased significantly compared to control group.MDA contents were increased significantly with the increasing concentration of nitidine chloride.And there were no significant differences in MDA concentrations between 0.5 mg/L group and the control group.Conclusion Nitidine chloride of various content affect SOD activity and MDA content in zerbrafish embryos differently.And therefore injure or protect the embryos.
