摘　　要：目的探讨18q22.1区域内SERPINB8基因单核苷酸多态性rs514315位点与汉族人寻常型银屑病临床表型(发病年龄、临床类型及家族史)的相关性。方法选取汉族人群中7 227例患者和11 313例健康对照的SERPINB8基因rs514315位点的基因分型资料。数据资料应用SPSS10.0统计软件对资料进行统计学分析。结果在病例组和对照组间,rs514315基因型和等位基因分布频率均存在差异(P=2.74×10-7、3.99×10-8)。在少儿发病和成人发病患者、慢性斑块型和急性点滴型患者、家族史阳性和家族史阴性患者之间,rs514315的基因型和等位基因分布频率均无统计学意义。结论 SERPINB8基因rs514315遗传多态性与汉族人寻常型银屑病发病的易感性相关,但与发病年龄、临床类型以及家族史3种临床表型可能不相关。Objective To explore the association of rs514315 polymorphism within SERPINB 8 gene with someclinical phenotypes of psoriasis vulgaris in Chinese Han population. Methods The frequencies of genotypes and alleles of rs514315 polymorphism within SERPINB8 gene in 7 227 cases and 11 313 normal controls were analyzed. Chi square test was used for statistical analyses. Results The study showed statistical significance in the difference of genotype and allelic frequencies of rs514315 polymorphism between the cases and the controls. However, there was no statistical difference between the pediatric age of onset and adult age of onset cases, between the familial and sporadic cases, and between the guttate and plaque cases. Conclusion The findings indicate the rs514315 polymorphism within SERPINB8 gene is involved in the susceptibility of psoriasis vulgaris, but is not associated with some clinical phenotypes including the age of onset, family history and clinical type in Chinese Han population.
