摘  要:采用工频有芯感应电炉通过有效的覆盖在大气中直接熔炼复杂铝黄铜合金。利用合金元素的特性并充分控制好加入工艺,采用将合金元素以单质形式加入的方式进行熔炼,既保证了材料的成分,又节约了生产成本,提高了生产效率。根据多元复杂铝黄铜的特点,设计并制作了长结晶器对熔体进行连续铸造,使材料的综合性能满足其使用要求。The smelting-casting method of complex Al-brass using industrial frequency induction furnace and through effectively covering in atmosphere is introduced.The elements were added into brass in turn according to their chemic property in smelting,the cost was saved and the production efficiency was increased;at the same time,based on the characteristics of complex aluminum-brass,the long crystal equipment was designed and manufactured in continuous casting,so the combined property of the matrial can meet the use request.
