摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶工艺并结合热处理方法制备NiO粉体,考察热处理温度对粉体组成、结构和形貌的影响,并初步研究了其电化学性能。结果表明:以醋酸镍为镍源,柠檬酸为络合剂,乙醇为溶剂,合成了均匀稳定的溶胶和凝胶,干凝胶前驱体在烧结过程中于400℃左右分解基本完全并逐渐有纳米晶NiO出现;随烧结温度的升高,NiO晶粒大小逐渐增加,晶形更加完整;在600℃×2 h烧结获得的粉体晶粒尺寸分布均匀,晶形较好且无明显团聚,表现出了较好的充放电性能。NiO powder was prepared by sol-gel combining heating treatment process,and the influences of the sintering temperature on the composition,microstructure and morphology were studied.In addition,the electrochemical property of NiO powder was also preliminary explored.The results show that the stable sol-gel can be obtained by using nickel diacetate,citric acid and ethanol as raw material.The dry gel precursor decomposes completely at 400 ℃ and gradually forms the NiO nano-crystalline powder during the course of sintering.NiO particle becomes larger,and the crystal structure is more integrity,with the increase of sintering temperature.The NiO powder prepared at the sintering temperature of 600 ℃ for 2 h exhibits uniform distribution,high crystallinity,low agglomeration and superior electrochemical properties.
