摘 要:本文以黑龙江省为例,以1985年土地概查、1996年土地详查、2009年二次土地调查为数据源,参考Costanza和谢高地2007年修订的中国生态系统服务价值当量因子表,系统分析了黑龙江省生态系统服务价值与土地利用变化的响应关系。研究结果表明:1985-2009年全省生态系统服务价值增加了8110340.48万元,其中1985-1996年生态系统服务价值增加了7369251.62万元,1996-2009年增加了741088.86万元,仅为1985-1996年间的10.06%。黑龙江省生态系统服务价值的增加主要源于耕地、水域面积的扩大。在上述基础上,本文提出了加强湿地、水域、林地等生态服务价值系数较高地类的保护,严格控制建设用地规模,不同区域实行差异化的土地利用策略。Taking land general survey data of 1985, land details survey data of 1996, the second land survey data of 2009 as data sources, the article references costanza's results and Xie Gaodi's revision of Chinese ecological system service value equivalent factor table, relationship of ecological system service value and land use change was systematically analyzed. The results showed that: The ecological system service value of 2009 increased by 81.1 billion than 1985.The ecological system service value of 1996 increased by 73.7 billion than 1985, the last period increased by 7.4 billion which is only for 10.06 percent of the previous period. The increase of Heilongjiang ecosystem services mainly came from area expansion of cttltivated land and water. Based on the above, the article put forward the following countermeasures that were enhancement protection land types of high coefficient of ecological service value, such as wetland, waters, forest land, strictly government the scale of construction land, carrying out different land use strategies in different area.
