摘  要:讨论了荧光光谱测量的原理,构建了以普通光源—氘灯和LED作为激发光源的荧光光谱测量系统,利用两套荧光光谱测量系统分别进行了实验研究,结果显示:LED作为激发光源大大提高了荧光信号的强度,有利于数据采集和分析,同时也减小了系统体积,便于携带和现场测量,表明LED作为激发光源在荧光光谱测量系统中具有很好的应用前景。The principle of fluorescence detection is discussed and two sets of fluorescence spectrum detecting systems are constructed, one syetem is illuminated with an ordinary light source-Deuterium light and the LED is used as light source in another spectrum measurement system. Some experimental researches are carried out, the results indicate that LED greatly enhances the intensity of fluorescence signals as the excitation light source. It not only conduces to data collection and analysis, but also reduces the volume of the system, it is easy to take and measure. The results indicate that LED as an excitation light source in fluorescence spectroscopy measurement system has good application prospects.
