摘  要:半轴套管属于长轴类空心锻件,根据零件的结构特点和使用要求,确定了热挤压成形工艺方案。采用有限元软件分析了成形载荷的影响参数,主要工艺参数包括坯料加热温度、挤压速度、模具预热温度和摩擦因数等。并运用了正交试验设计方法对模拟结果进行显著性处理。结果表明,挤压速度对成形载荷的影响最为显著,模具预热温度的影响则最小。通过试验验证了模拟的准确性,为实际生产提供了理论指导。Half shaft bushing is a kind of long shaft hollow forging. The hot extrusion process was determined based on the structural characteristics and requirements of this product. The major process parameters which influence forming force, including blank temperature, extruding velocity, warming-up temperature of dies, friction coefficient and so on, were analyzed by FEA software. Then the simulation results were treated by orthogonal experimental design method remarkably. The results show that extruding velocity has more obvious influence on forming force and warming-up temperature of dies has the least influence. The experimental results demonstrate the reliability of the simulation and provide theoretic guidance for production.
