摘　　要：分析了某扳手零件的成形工艺特点,制定了冲压成形工艺方案,设计了一套切边模去除零件成形后的工艺余料,解决了钳工手工修边所带来的诸多问题,并介绍了切边模模具结构及设计要点。结果表明:该模具结构简单实用,提高了工作效率及零件质量。The characteristics of forming process for some spanner part were analyzed, and the stamping forming process was determined, then the trimming die that removed the excess material parts was designed. The problems which were brought by the hand trimming of the fitter were solved, and the structure and design essentials of the trimming die were introduced. The result shows that the die structure is simple and practical, and the die improves the work efficiency and parts quality.
