浅谈汽车主模型研制项目的风险管理之风险识别研究

摘　　要：针对汽车主模型研制项目的风险管理需要,通过实例采用问卷调查法和专家访谈法,研究了汽车主模型研制项目中关键的风险事件,为汽车主模型研制项目管理、风险识别提供实证分析依据。初步建立了该类项目的风险识别方法。研究结果表明,对汽车主模型研制项目的风险识别具有一定的借鉴意义,尤其对大型整车匹配主模型研制项目的风险识别具有实际的指导作用。Aimed at the demand of risk management for automobile master mold projects, through such cases as questionnaires and expert interviews, the key risks for the research project on automobile master mold was studied to provide practically analytic bases to projects management and risk identification for automobile master model. The risk identification for this kind of projects was initially established. The research result shows that this method is helpful for the risk identification of research project for automobile master model, especially, this method has the practical direct guidance on risk identification for the research project on large vehicle master model.
