摘  要:远洋船舶压载水在异地的准确检测十分重要,其中藻类和有毒细菌等微生物活体含量是评价压载水检测的重要指标,为了实现对压载水中藻类等的快速检测,实际研制藻类富集装置,并以自行研制的实验装置为对象,利用Fluent对装置内流场进行仿真分析。分析结果表明:旋管转速对过滤效率具有重要影响,并得到了旋管环隙内流体压力和速度分布图,且仿真结果与实验结果拟合较好。仿真方法为相关研究提供新的方法。The accurate detection about ballast water in allopatry is very important.And the microorganisms content are major indicators of the evaluation of ballast water detection,such as the algae and toxic bacteria.An enrichment device for algae had been developed for fast detection.In addition,the flow field of this device was simulated by Fluent.The results showed that the rotate velocity of coil had a momentous influence on the filtration efficiency.Meanwhile,the pressure and velocity distribution of liquid in coil's annual space were obtained and the simulation results of pressure and velocity fitted well with experimental results.The method of simulation provided a new way for related research on enrichment devices.
