创新链视角下的用户主导创新研究——以神华集团高端液压支架自主创新为例

摘　　要：随着技术和经济条件的变化,创新的组织形式发生了重大改变,创新过程的主导者可能不再是制造商,而是参与创新的其他主体。本文从创新链理论出发,在对神华集团组织高端液压支架自主创新案例进行分析的基础上提出用户主导创新模式,并对其存在条件和特征进行了研究,该模式可能成为我国重大装备自主创新的有效途径。Innovation process has become more and more complicated,which involves multi-stages and multi-actors.How the innovation actors are organized and who is the leader are demanding questions to be answered.Based on the innovation chain theory,this paper analyses the case of innovation of large-scale Hydraulic Support organized by Shenhua Group Co.,Ltd.and summarizes it as user-led innovation.We explore the conditions and features of user-led innovation,and this patter might be an effective model for our Equipment Manufacturing Industry＇s indigenous innovation.
