摘　　要：目的:了解梅州市参合农民对新农合定点医疗机构满意度情况。方法:采取非概率抽样的方法,抽取部分梅州市参合农民进行调查。结果:村卫生室总体满意度得分(3.72±0.45)最高,县医院总体满意度得分(2.40±0.41)最低。结论:加强村级医疗机构卫生服务人才队伍建设,改善县级医疗机构服务态度,严格控制收费,有助于提升参合农民的满意度。Objective To know about the degree of satisfaction of farmers with the designated medical institutions of new rural CMS in Meizhou city.Methods The research is carried on a questionnaire basis.Some of the farmers were chosen for the research with non-probability sampling method.Results The overall satisfaction score of village clinics was（3.72±0.45）,the highest of all scores,while that of county hospital was（2.40±0.41）,the lowest.Conclusion In order to enhance farmers＇ satisfaction,we should strengthen the talents construction of township medical and health institutions,improve their service attitude,and strictly control the fees.
