宁波市无偿献血保险制度的实践与体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨宁波市无偿献血保险制度。方法:2003年5月1日至2009年12月31日,宁波市献血办公室开展向无偿献血者赠送保险的服务。结果:6年中参加无偿献血投保共209207人次,585名无偿献血者发生意外伤害,意外伤害发生率0.27%,赔付金额为70.44万元,赔付率39.60%。结论:建立无偿献血保险制度是切实可行的,有利于无偿献血事业可持续健康发展。ObjectiveTo investigate the insurance system of blood donation without compensation in Ningbo.Methods It is for blood donation without compensation to carry out gifting insurance services in blood donation of Ningbo from May 1,2003 to December 31,2009.ResultsThere were 209,207 insured blood donation without compensation people for 6 years,and also 585 people had accidental injury.The incidence of accidental injury was 0.27 percent,with a compensation of 704,400 yuan,the compensation rate being 39.60 percent.Conclusion It is feasible to establish blood donation without compensation system,which benefits the sustainable and healthy development of blood donation.
