摘　　要：目的:了解高职院校女生生殖健康认知、服务需求及其影响因素状况。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,对宁波某高职院校1 117名女生进行生殖健康认知、态度、行为问卷调查。结果:对生殖健康的基本知识知晓率较高,对艾滋病及常见性病有较高认知度,但对其他性病知晓率均在50%以下;对艾滋病患者歧视程度不高,对安全套有较高的认知,对相关避孕措施缺乏了解,对人工流产仅有简单认知;生殖健康知识来源最多的是同学、朋友,认为最合适的青春期卫生保健知识教育的实施者也是接受过专门培训的同伴。结论:根据高职女生特点,开展有针对性的生殖健康保健知识健康教育及促进活动。Objective To know about the current status of cognition,service demands and the influencing factors of reproductive health among female students in a higher vocational college.Methods A total of 1117 female students from a higher vocational college in Ningbo were selected as objects by stratified random sampling.Their reproductive health knowledge,attitude and behavior were surveyed by questionnaire.Results Their cognition of basic knowledge of reproductive health awareness was high.The students had a higher awareness on AIDS and common sexually transmitted diseases,but their awareness of other sexually transmitted diseases were both under 50%.The extent of discrimination against AIDS patients was not high among students.Students had a higher awareness of condoms while lack of understanding of other contraceptive measures.As for abortion knowledge,they only had knowledge of artificial abortion.The sources of reproductive health knowledge is mostly classmates,friends and they thought that the most appropriate knowledge and education in adolescent health care practitioners were also specially trained companions.Conclusion It is suggested that we should carry out reproductive health knowledge education and health promotion activities according to the characteristics of the female students in higher vocational colleges.
